Chief Kaiser has been part of Wyoming his whole life, and has been part of Laramie County Fire District #1 since 2012. He currently lives in Laramie and is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Physical Therapy. He volunteers copious amounts of time to maintaining and cultivating the up and coming recruits of Laramie County Fire District #1, as well as providing excellent training sessions that ensure growth and refinement from the senior firefighters.
